Welcome to Wildplunge
Tucked away at a thriving farm shop surrounded by fresh air, big skies, and curious cows, we’ve built a space to heat up, cool down, and hang out. Our sauna and cold plunge are all about contrast – hot and cold, quiet and chatty, solo moments and shared laughs. It’s a place to shake off stress, boost your mood, and connect with good people in the great outdoors.
Think of it as nature’s reset button: simple, social, and seriously refreshing. Whether you want to recover from a workout or simply relax and recharge, Wildplunge is here to help.

Meet the team
Harry, Charlotte, and Harrison are the founders of Wildplunge. Each of us started using saunas and cold pools for different reasons. Whether it was for recovery, stress relief, or many health benefits. Below, you’ll find a bit more about our stories and how these rituals became a big part of our lives.
Harrison
Meet Harrison (the boss). After years of navigating the fast-paced demands of everyday life, he discovered the transformative power of heat and cold plunge therapy as a personal escape from stress. What began as a simple way to unwind soon evolved into a daily ritual that rejuvenated both body and mind.
Harry
Introducing Harry who is one of the founders of Wildplunge. He is the muscle behind the work and is a dedicated fitness enthusiast. Harry has experienced first-hand the challenges of post-recovery. After incorporating sauna and cold plunge sessions into his routine, he discovered a powerful method to enhance recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and promote over-all well-being.
Charlotte
Meet Charlotte, one of the co-founders of Wildplunge with a passion for sauna and cold plunge experience. She believes in the holistic health benefits of the contrast and has helped create a space for individuals to rejuvenate themselves. She has recently been diagnosed with a multiple sclerosis and thermoregulation training has been crucial in managing her body temperature in improving her tolerance to heat. Furthermore, the invigorating nature of the cold plunge has boosted her energy and reduced fatigue.
